但是我最終拒絕了這個(gè)Offer。拒絕的原因說(shuō)來(lái)也簡(jiǎn)單：百度的這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)分析崗位，工作內(nèi)容和我想象的不一樣。
我在百度做的數(shù)據(jù)分析比較偏業(yè)務(wù)，只需要把表格做分組什么的。用我們數(shù)學(xué)的話來(lái)說(shuō)，他們的分析過(guò)程整個(gè)都是描述系統(tǒng)，把它進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的求和、加減，然后按照他們的分析方法論進(jìn)行分析。
但我想做的數(shù)據(jù)分析，我希望它有一些技術(shù)性，可能會(huì)建個(gè)模，能夠用一些數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)的東西，而不是描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)的東西。
簡(jiǎn)單概括一下就是，我想做偏技術(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)分析，而不是偏產(chǎn)品的數(shù)據(jù)分析。
在拒絕了百度以后，我就沒(méi)怎么再投互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，轉(zhuǎn)向了國(guó)企和銀行的投遞。
成果還不錯(cuò)：最后拿到了一個(gè)郵儲(chǔ)銀行總行的信用卡中心數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)Offer，一個(gè)股份制銀行總行的Offer，一個(gè)交通銀行總行的數(shù)據(jù)管理和應(yīng)用部門Offer，一個(gè)國(guó)家電網(wǎng)子公司的Offer。
這幾個(gè)Offer中，有的崗位是955，工作量比較低；有的崗位則要加班到995。
像電網(wǎng)的子公司，面試官直接就跟我說(shuō)他們要加班到晚上8點(diǎn)。而銀行，除了郵政銀行說(shuō)會(huì)加班，其他銀行都不加，不過(guò)雖然郵政銀行加班，但它給的也比其他銀行要多，也算是多勞多得了。
拿了不同行業(yè)的Offer之后，我想和大家分享一下，關(guān)于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和國(guó)企&銀行的一些招聘特點(diǎn)。
先說(shuō)不同點(diǎn)：
首先就是難度上，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的求職會(huì)比國(guó)企難度稍微大一點(diǎn)。
國(guó)企面試就真的是會(huì)按照你的簡(jiǎn)歷來(lái)提問(wèn)，然后根據(jù)你面試的崗位，問(wèn)一些比較淺的東西。比如你面技術(shù)類，他就會(huì)問(wèn)你一些科研經(jīng)歷用到的算法，學(xué)過(guò)的課程（我是數(shù)學(xué)專業(yè)的），跟他們這個(gè)崗位相關(guān)的一些優(yōu)化方法論相關(guān)課程的問(wèn)題。
但是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，你要是面技術(shù)類崗位，他肯定給你挖很深很深，非得讓你表演個(gè)手撕代碼不可。你要是面產(chǎn)品，他根本就不問(wèn)你簡(jiǎn)歷上提到的科研經(jīng)歷什么的，直奔你的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷就開(kāi)始提問(wèn)了，時(shí)不時(shí)還會(huì)有一些發(fā)散性的問(wèn)題。
再就是關(guān)注點(diǎn)上，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)會(huì)更注重你和崗位的匹配度，他們關(guān)心你的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷、實(shí)習(xí)內(nèi)容、你從實(shí)習(xí)中學(xué)到的東西和他的崗位是不是匹配。
而國(guó)企會(huì)更注重你的學(xué)歷、科研經(jīng)歷、在學(xué)校獲得的獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)榮譽(yù)等等。
再說(shuō)相同點(diǎn)：
不管你是面國(guó)企銀行還是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，都需要你能熟練且有邏輯地說(shuō)出自己的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷和科研經(jīng)歷。
這對(duì)于當(dāng)時(shí)的我來(lái)說(shuō)，確實(shí)是個(gè)難題。所以
每次面試前，思成導(dǎo)師都會(huì)給我出一個(gè)面試題list，先讓我自己準(zhǔn)備，準(zhǔn)備之后也會(huì)幫我指導(dǎo)，可以說(shuō)是非常細(xì)心溫暖了。
此外，有的國(guó)企和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)一樣，面試時(shí)有一個(gè)淘汰率很高的環(huán)節(jié)——群面。這個(gè)肯定還是提前準(zhǔn)備一下比較好，不僅僅是我這種典型的理工科同學(xué)需要提前學(xué)習(xí)準(zhǔn)備，建議其他同學(xué)也重視起來(lái)，畢竟在找工作的時(shí)候，語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力是非常重要的考察點(diǎn)！
我當(dāng)時(shí)是在思成參加、圍觀了非常多的群面模擬，提前熟悉了群面的流程，練習(xí)了很多典型的群面題目。
更重要的是，參加思成模擬群面的同學(xué)都是特別厲害的，學(xué)歷好能力強(qiáng)，表達(dá)能力更是不用說(shuō)了，僅僅是圍觀，都能從中學(xué)到很多，等到實(shí)際面試的時(shí)候，遇強(qiáng)則強(qiáng)，遇弱更強(qiáng)！
接下來(lái)我想和大家分享一下，這些Offer背后的故事。
看起來(lái)我拒絕百度那個(gè)30w+的Offer還挺瀟灑的是吧，覺(jué)得肯定是因?yàn)榈玫奖容^容易所以不珍惜？才不是，實(shí)際上，百度是我的第一份實(shí)習(xí)，也是最難找的一份。
難就難在，最開(kāi)始的時(shí)候，天時(shí)地利人和，三大環(huán)境我一項(xiàng)不占。
想想看，如果說(shuō)同專業(yè)的同學(xué)都很早就去實(shí)習(xí)了，你作為他們的同學(xué)，即使之前沒(méi)有意識(shí)到你應(yīng)該去實(shí)習(xí)或者規(guī)劃，你可能也會(huì)隨大流而有所計(jì)劃。
但是我們學(xué)院，實(shí)習(xí)的是少數(shù)人，大部分同學(xué)都在學(xué)校里做自己的科研和課題。其實(shí)他們未來(lái)也并不都是要去深造的，但是環(huán)境影響了他們，他們也就成為了環(huán)境。
（也希望商科那些大部分同學(xué)都在實(shí)習(xí)的專業(yè)，還有思成，能多多去其他學(xué)院宣傳一下，讓更多不知道實(shí)習(xí)的同學(xué)，意識(shí)到應(yīng)該早一點(diǎn)來(lái)做規(guī)劃。）
而我雖然沒(méi)有被完全同化，但也在所難免地感到了迷茫，想跳出這個(gè)環(huán)境但是又不知道該怎么跳，這時(shí)候，我想起了思成翔哥在我們學(xué)校做的新生演講，那給我留下了很深的印象，也讓我早早地關(guān)注了思成實(shí)習(xí)校招這個(gè)公眾號(hào)。
之前其實(shí)我一直想要讀博，所以，雖然關(guān)注了很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間，但一直都沒(méi)有報(bào)名思成。
直到我慢慢意識(shí)到，做科研不是你感興趣而且努力就能做好的，有時(shí)候你整個(gè)課題組的平臺(tái)，包括老師、包括和你一起討論的同學(xué)，都是非常重要的。
但我是我們導(dǎo)師第一個(gè)學(xué)生。沒(méi)有師兄師姐，導(dǎo)師本身也不是我這個(gè)研究方向的，這就導(dǎo)致我得自己一個(gè)人做科研…
再加上我對(duì)自己的科研能力并不是那么有信心，所以我最終還是覺(jué)得自己得去找工作。
當(dāng)確定要去找工作的時(shí)候，我看了一些面經(jīng)，也到處搜了一下求職相關(guān)的信息。對(duì)于我來(lái)說(shuō)，我對(duì)于偏向技術(shù)性工作的興趣大于需要交流的工作，再結(jié)合我的專業(yè)，最終確定了數(shù)據(jù)分析這個(gè)方向。
我也加入了自己關(guān)注已久的思成。當(dāng)時(shí)我就覺(jué)得，要找工作的話，可能得趕緊找實(shí)習(xí)，這種想法最后就變成：我現(xiàn)在非常需要一份實(shí)習(xí)。我希望思成能夠讓我快速找到一份實(shí)習(xí)，能在秋招里更有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
在思成，我先是做了幾個(gè)項(xiàng)目。這些項(xiàng)目在我找實(shí)習(xí)的過(guò)程中有很大的幫助，尤其是美團(tuán)的項(xiàng)目。
在申請(qǐng)百度實(shí)習(xí)的時(shí)候一共要經(jīng)歷兩輪考察，一輪是面試，一輪是筆試。面試的時(shí)候百度面試官就重點(diǎn)關(guān)注了我做的美團(tuán)這個(gè)項(xiàng)目，圍繞它問(wèn)了很多問(wèn)題，還問(wèn)了我平時(shí)生活中使用的APP，讓我給他分析一下用戶體驗(yàn)，了解我對(duì)于其他app的一些思考等等。
然后是筆試，當(dāng)時(shí)給我發(fā)了一個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)分析的小項(xiàng)目，讓我做一個(gè)用戶畫像的數(shù)據(jù)分析PPT，然后發(fā)給他，兩輪考察結(jié)束，他們覺(jué)得我可以勝任這個(gè)工作，就給我發(fā)了Offer。
雖說(shuō)我后來(lái)拒絕了百度的全職Offer，但僅僅是因?yàn)檫@個(gè)崗位和我未來(lái)發(fā)展規(guī)劃不太相符，我在百度的實(shí)習(xí)收獲還是很多的！
首先就是，我了解了企業(yè)ppt的審美標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。我們之前做學(xué)術(shù)的ppt要求都是簡(jiǎn)潔明了，沒(méi)有好看這種要求。但我在實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中，項(xiàng)目組會(huì)有一個(gè)模板，有關(guān)于工作中ppt使用顏色、字號(hào)等等在視覺(jué)方面的要求。
此外，我也在實(shí)踐中提升了自己的業(yè)務(wù)水平。雖然是做一些描述性的統(tǒng)計(jì)，是偏產(chǎn)品方向的數(shù)據(jù)分析，但是因?yàn)閿?shù)據(jù)量很大，也會(huì)用到Python什么的。
我之前學(xué)這些東西，其實(shí)更偏向理論，實(shí)踐得不少很多。而在實(shí)習(xí)的過(guò)程中，我不斷地處理數(shù)據(jù)、畫圖，在軟件應(yīng)用方面也更熟練了。
而且，我們項(xiàng)目組經(jīng)常開(kāi)會(huì)，我們項(xiàng)目組長(zhǎng)經(jīng)常在分享過(guò)程中講一些數(shù)據(jù)分析的東西。雖然沒(méi)有那么技術(shù)向，但它也是業(yè)務(wù)方面的內(nèi)容，給了我很多收獲和思考。
同時(shí)我也覺(jué)得他表達(dá)能力好強(qiáng)，我對(duì)著ppt總覺(jué)得沒(méi)啥好說(shuō)的，他就能侃侃而談…這也是我以后需要繼續(xù)鍛煉的地方
再次強(qiáng)調(diào)，一定要好好練習(xí)表達(dá)！
更重要的是，這個(gè)實(shí)習(xí)填補(bǔ)了我簡(jiǎn)歷上實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷上一欄的空白。后來(lái)，百度這個(gè)實(shí)習(xí)后來(lái)也成為了在銀行和國(guó)企面試中的談資，對(duì)于最終拿到Offer也有很大的幫助。
現(xiàn)在我也選了自己比較心儀的Offer入職了，最后我想給所有正在秋招中奮戰(zhàn)的同學(xué)一些小建議：
在整個(gè)秋招過(guò)程中，最難的點(diǎn)其實(shí)是保持好心態(tài)。不要焦慮，做好自己該做的事情，結(jié)果就會(huì)順其自然。要是一直都處于焦慮之中，就很難把事情做好。
當(dāng)你覺(jué)得焦慮的時(shí)候，煩躁的情緒可以通過(guò)跟自己的朋友、家人傾訴來(lái)緩解；在找工作遇到瓶頸的時(shí)候，可以跟思成的導(dǎo)師多溝通，聽(tīng)一聽(tīng)他們的建議。
我印象很深刻，那段時(shí)間我要畢業(yè)，求職又非常緊張，焦慮得感覺(jué)頭上都冒火。這時(shí)候，我就會(huì)打電話跟我的求職導(dǎo)師聊天，或者讓求職導(dǎo)師帶著我一起準(zhǔn)備實(shí)習(xí)。
打電話過(guò)程中，求職導(dǎo)師大大咧咧的，很是能讓我放松，她的語(yǔ)氣語(yǔ)調(diào)總能神奇地帶給我正能量。
除了打電話，我還找了其他解壓的方式，比如在通勤的路上多聽(tīng)歌，如果有條件可以運(yùn)動(dòng)的話，我覺(jué)得效果也能不錯(cuò)。
還有就是不要多想，專心做自己該做的事。我對(duì)自己說(shuō)，反正思成的老師會(huì)給我布置課程，只要我準(zhǔn)備了項(xiàng)目，實(shí)習(xí)工作論文都按部就班地搞定，最后肯定會(huì)有工作的，就不用考慮那么多。
最后的最后，我想告訴大家，你在做一件事覺(jué)得它很難的時(shí)候，不要懷疑自己。秋招被拒也好、沒(méi)有回信也好，都是正常的。
要知道，你看到的短短兩行定理，可能是某個(gè)數(shù)學(xué)家用一輩子心血才證明出來(lái)的。用自己的努力和付出去學(xué)習(xí)別人的心血，也是提升自己的很好的方式。
站在巨人的肩膀上，一定能摘到比僅靠一己之力得到的更甜美的果實(shí)。就像獲取更加專業(yè)的幫助，一定能拿到比之前更好的Offer~

但實(shí)際上，他是個(gè)超級(jí)有分量的嘉賓。
23 歲從蘭大畢業(yè)后，王志綱在新華社做了 10 年記者，曾進(jìn)入中南海匯報(bào)工作，還采訪過(guò)中國(guó)所有省長(zhǎng)。
在 90 年代市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)大潮下，他拋下了鐵飯碗，辭職下海，專職做城市戰(zhàn)略咨詢。
很多大企業(yè)都找他“出謀劃策”，他成為改革開(kāi)放后，中國(guó)整個(gè)發(fā)展歷程的重要見(jiàn)證人、參與者。
現(xiàn)如今，在政商圈里有所成就的人，幾乎都知道王志綱，他被譽(yù)為“中國(guó)民間智庫(kù)的拓荒者”，也是中國(guó)咨詢顧問(wèn)界的標(biāo)桿人物。
在直播結(jié)尾，董宇輝請(qǐng)王志綱給初高中的孩子們一些建議，王志綱說(shuō)了一段話，給我留下了非常深刻的印象：
第 1 句話：服從內(nèi)心
父母親要善于發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子的天分。尺有所長(zhǎng)，寸有所短。不要讓孩子成為什么都具備的通才，要善于發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子的特長(zhǎng)。
第 2 句話：重視興趣
孩子的興趣是與天分聯(lián)合在一起的，要把興趣給他找到。
第 3 句話：一專多能
就是在保證他長(zhǎng)板的時(shí)候，再補(bǔ)充其他的通識(shí)知識(shí)。千萬(wàn)不要成為老師手里的工具，為了成為完美的人，最后啥都去學(xué)，這是不可能的。
任正非有句話說(shuō)得很精彩，“通才就是蠢才”。這句話絕對(duì)了一點(diǎn)，但是對(duì)的。
管理學(xué)講的是補(bǔ)短板，戰(zhàn)略不是，戰(zhàn)略是找長(zhǎng)板。你沒(méi)有長(zhǎng)板，別人憑什么跟你合作？
教育也是這樣，家長(zhǎng)就是要發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子天分和興趣，并幫助他們?nèi)ネ瓿傻囊粋€(gè)過(guò)程。
他的這些話表面上是給初高中生提出的建議，但其實(shí)更像是說(shuō)給家長(zhǎng)聽(tīng)的，帶給我很多啟發(fā)。
最近，我一直在思考這些問(wèn)題，王志綱老師這三句話和我的觀點(diǎn)不謀而合。
今天，我想深度解析一下，正好回應(yīng)在之前的文章里（多少孩子被毀掉，都是因?yàn)楦改刚`信了這句話?。?，和童靴們沒(méi)有聊完的，關(guān)于“天賦”的話題。
“戰(zhàn)略找長(zhǎng)板，管理補(bǔ)短板”
記得大寶還小的時(shí)候，有一個(gè)暑假帶他去北戴河玩，在酒店里遇到一個(gè)小女孩，年紀(jì)比他稍大一些，兩個(gè)人很快就玩在了一起。
聊天的時(shí)候，小女孩告訴我們：“我上學(xué)了，特別忙。放學(xué)后，星期一學(xué)英語(yǔ)、星期二跳舞、星期三彈鋼琴、星期四書法、星期五打乒乓球、星期六還得學(xué)英語(yǔ)，只有星期天休息?！?/span>
這絕對(duì)不是個(gè)例，我身邊就有不少朋友什么班都想給孩子報(bào)，美名其曰“要培養(yǎng)通才”。
原因很簡(jiǎn)單，我們這一代從小都是聽(tīng)著木桶效應(yīng)長(zhǎng)大的，在我們的觀念里，一個(gè)人不可以有短板，就像一只木桶如果想要盛滿水，必須每塊木板都一樣平齊且沒(méi)有破損。
所以，我們總想著把孩子打造成全能的人，什么都要學(xué)。
比如，興趣愛(ài)好對(duì)孩子來(lái)說(shuō)本來(lái)應(yīng)該是“我要學(xué)”，卻因?yàn)槭裁炊家獙W(xué)，而變成了“要我學(xué)，逼我學(xué)”，往往最后什么都沒(méi)學(xué)成。
但現(xiàn)在，我們?cè)缫褟摹岸贪鍟r(shí)代”，走向了“長(zhǎng)板時(shí)代”。
企業(yè)如此。
以前的企業(yè)大多追求”大而全、小而全“，什么都想做、什么都要做。
但在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈的現(xiàn)在，絕大多數(shù)企業(yè)放棄了這種不現(xiàn)實(shí)的戰(zhàn)略，開(kāi)始”聚焦“，放棄不擅長(zhǎng)的業(yè)務(wù)，專注最擅長(zhǎng)的事情。在少數(shù)幾個(gè)點(diǎn)上做精做深，構(gòu)建具有可持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的核心能力。
人也是一樣，沒(méi)有人能面面俱到，啥啥都強(qiáng)。
相比”行行通，行行松“，在特定領(lǐng)域具備超越其他人的知識(shí)和能力，型塑個(gè)人超強(qiáng)的長(zhǎng)板、別人沒(méi)有的核心能力，更有價(jià)值。
孩子的長(zhǎng)板，才是他個(gè)人競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的基礎(chǔ)、長(zhǎng)期安身立命的飯碗。發(fā)現(xiàn)和發(fā)揮孩子長(zhǎng)板優(yōu)勢(shì)，解決的即是孩子成長(zhǎng)的戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題。
戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題定下來(lái)后，我們?cè)偃ニ伎荚趺磸浹a(bǔ)孩子的短板，支撐孩子更好發(fā)揮長(zhǎng)板、減少對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)發(fā)揮的消極影響，這就是“管理”需要解決的問(wèn)題了。
于是不難理解，為什么王志綱老師會(huì)說(shuō)：“在保證長(zhǎng)板的時(shí)候，再補(bǔ)充其他的通識(shí)的知識(shí)?！?/span>
這里，我給大家講一個(gè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的故事。
他就是菲爾普斯，這位泳壇傳奇人物，在其職業(yè)生涯中，共計(jì)奪得 23 金 3 銀 2 銅，成為奧運(yùn)歷史上獲得獎(jiǎng)牌及金牌最多的運(yùn)動(dòng)員，也是北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)的“八金王”。
但很少有人知道，他曾被醫(yī)生診斷患有注意力缺陷障礙多動(dòng)癥（ADHD)，癥狀是身體活動(dòng)過(guò)度、控制不佳、粗心大意、易出事故，同時(shí)伴有認(rèn)知、運(yùn)動(dòng)、語(yǔ)言發(fā)育的延遲。
父母離異后，菲爾普斯跟著媽媽生活，他的媽媽并沒(méi)有像大多數(shù)父母那樣，糾結(jié)于他的短板，沒(méi)有把 ADHD 看作“大麻煩”，而是盡力鼓勵(lì)他發(fā)展自己的長(zhǎng)處。
雖然 ADHD 嚴(yán)重影響了他的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)，但他和兩個(gè)姐姐都遺傳了父親的運(yùn)動(dòng)天賦，從小就熱愛(ài)各種體育項(xiàng)目，尤其喜歡棒球、橄欖球和曲棍球。
母親非常支持他開(kāi)展各種體育運(yùn)動(dòng)，而且還讓他跟著姐姐一起去俱樂(lè)部學(xué)習(xí)游泳，在學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程中被教練發(fā)現(xiàn)了驚人的游泳天賦。
教練找到菲爾普斯的媽媽，告訴她，菲爾普斯是多么適合游泳這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)。之后在媽媽的說(shuō)服下，菲爾普斯忍痛放棄了其他愛(ài)好，選擇專攻游泳。
后面的事情我們都知道了，菲爾普斯成為耀眼的泳壇巨星，站在了一個(gè)時(shí)代的頂端。
我想，菲爾普斯的媽媽，肯定也會(huì)想方設(shè)法幫助他緩解ADHD帶來(lái)的負(fù)面影響。
但這不會(huì)是她養(yǎng)育的戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)，發(fā)現(xiàn)和發(fā)揮菲爾普斯體育優(yōu)勢(shì)能力才是。補(bǔ)短板的意義在于，是為了幫助他更好地發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢(shì)。
長(zhǎng)板在哪里？?jī)纱笠?/span>
前段時(shí)間，有個(gè)學(xué)生來(lái)咨詢考研的事情，她問(wèn)：企業(yè)管理專業(yè)和會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)哪個(gè)更好？
我沒(méi)有回答她的問(wèn)題，轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)來(lái)問(wèn)她：你已經(jīng)學(xué)了一些管理和會(huì)計(jì)的課程，你對(duì)哪些課更有感覺(jué)？你更喜歡哪些？
她想了半天沒(méi)有回答，繼續(xù)問(wèn)我：老師，哪個(gè)專業(yè)更好找工作？
于是，我給她講了一個(gè)故事。
我認(rèn)識(shí)一個(gè)年輕朋友，現(xiàn)在是一名日語(yǔ)翻譯，已經(jīng)翻譯出版過(guò)幾部暢銷小說(shuō)。
但熟悉他的朋友都知道，他是一名工科生，而且沒(méi)有日本留學(xué)經(jīng)歷。之所以能夠擁有很強(qiáng)的聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫能力，居然是因?yàn)樾r(shí)候喜歡玩電子游戲。
那時(shí)候，電子游戲里各種提示、對(duì)話基本上都是日語(yǔ)的，沒(méi)有漢化版，如果想通關(guān)，就要能讀懂、聽(tīng)懂日語(yǔ)。為了打好游戲，他硬是自學(xué)了日語(yǔ)。
在學(xué)習(xí)日語(yǔ)的過(guò)程中，他學(xué)得很快，還很有領(lǐng)悟力，才學(xué)了幾個(gè)月就可以閱讀日語(yǔ)原版小說(shuō)，這才發(fā)現(xiàn)了自己的語(yǔ)言天賦。
后來(lái)機(jī)緣巧合，他上大學(xué)時(shí)接到了一份兼職翻譯工作，發(fā)現(xiàn)完成一個(gè)翻譯作品帶給他的成就感，超過(guò)了其他所有事情。
翻譯這件事就是將他的天分和興趣結(jié)合在一起的那個(gè)點(diǎn)。自此，他慢慢走上了職業(yè)翻譯的道路。
現(xiàn)在，他的事業(yè)發(fā)展的很好，他也很享受這份工作。
我給學(xué)生講這個(gè)故事，是想告訴她：即使站在風(fēng)口上，也不是每頭豬都能飛起來(lái)的。與其去抓一個(gè)自己無(wú)法控制的風(fēng)口，不如靜下心來(lái)，想想自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)和興趣在哪里；想想你自己在哪里更能創(chuàng)造價(jià)值，在哪里更能獲得成就感和幸福感。
我很同意英國(guó)教育學(xué)家肯·羅賓遜爵士的觀點(diǎn)，天賦是天資和熱愛(ài)的完美結(jié)合，兩者共同決定了哪塊板才是孩子的長(zhǎng)板。
而發(fā)現(xiàn)天賦、找到長(zhǎng)板，孩子即將開(kāi)啟幸福感的大門。
就像王志綱老師說(shuō)的一樣：
做自己感興趣的事，做自己有感覺(jué)的事，持之以恒地做好這個(gè)事！
最后，成功是順帶的結(jié)果，不成功也問(wèn)心無(wú)愧。
成功這個(gè)玩意，我們很多人奔著成功去，我這個(gè)人一輩子從來(lái)不追求成功，我認(rèn)為它是順帶的結(jié)果，就是叫做褒貶自有春秋，俯仰無(wú)愧天地！
你把事情做好就行了，其它是別人的事，跟你沒(méi)關(guān)系！
“孩子不是沒(méi)有天賦，而是你故意看不見(jiàn)”
之前和大家聊天賦，被問(wèn)最多的問(wèn)題是：怎么發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子的天賦？我家孩子好像啥也不擅長(zhǎng)……
真的是這樣嗎？還是我們看不見(jiàn)，甚至是故意視而不見(jiàn)？
前幾天看到的一則新聞，一位媽媽在網(wǎng)上曬出了兒子（正在上初中）的艦船手繪草稿。
不僅有精巧的裝備設(shè)計(jì)，一筆一畫都很精準(zhǔn)，甚至還構(gòu)建出一整個(gè)世界觀設(shè)定框架，規(guī)模巨大的同時(shí)，對(duì)細(xì)節(jié)的把控也非常到位。
網(wǎng)友看到后，都驚呼太牛了，更有人直接喊話讓“大佬”快出書。
他的手稿甚至還得到了中國(guó)航天科工防御技術(shù)研究院、中國(guó)船舶的點(diǎn)贊和評(píng)論：未來(lái)可期。
但也有細(xì)心的網(wǎng)友發(fā)現(xiàn)，孩子的媽媽在貼出這些手繪圖時(shí)的配文是，“從小學(xué)開(kāi)始就愛(ài)亂畫，以為上了初中就不畫了，沒(méi)想到還偷偷畫。要專心學(xué)習(xí)不要再天馬行空想啦”。
在這位媽媽眼中，手繪船艦結(jié)構(gòu)圖、制作設(shè)定集這件事就是無(wú)用的。
對(duì)此，很多網(wǎng)友講述了自己或身邊的人的例子，表達(dá)了相反的看法。
大家總是喜歡問(wèn)有什么意義，很多東西根本就不需要意義啊
一個(gè)同學(xué)喜歡畫畫，但爸爸不讓他畫，但他堅(jiān)持了下來(lái)，老師看了他的話都說(shuō)“你不用我教”
我從小就喜歡畫各種機(jī)械汽車，現(xiàn)在成了汽車設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)
羅賓遜爵士在《發(fā)現(xiàn)天賦》一書中也說(shuō)到，許多人回顧他們的整個(gè)人生，感受不到他們的天賦是什么，不是他們沒(méi)有，而是現(xiàn)在的教育在某種程度上，使許多人遠(yuǎn)離了自身的天賦。
一些固定思維限制了我們能看到的選擇，我們只能看到那些被認(rèn)為對(duì)成功（比如考上大學(xué)）“有用”的“天賦”，而自動(dòng)忽視那些“沒(méi)有用”的天賦。
但是這些“成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)”只適合以前，已經(jīng)無(wú)法和當(dāng)今世界的客觀世界相融合。我們必須“解放”思想，重新審視教育的目標(biāo)、孩子走向成功的路徑。
條條大路通羅馬。
我們要做的，不是追尋唯一一條成功路徑，而是幫孩子找到專屬于自己的、不一樣的路口，做他們天賦的“領(lǐng)路人”，帶領(lǐng)他們穿越外界固有觀念，找到屬于自己熱愛(ài)又有感覺(jué)的暢快小世界。

當(dāng)然，即使再有天賦，沒(méi)有堅(jiān)持最后也將是一事無(wú)成。但是，我不會(huì)讓孩子繼續(xù)無(wú)意義甚至痛苦的堅(jiān)持。所以，當(dāng)大寶說(shuō)不想學(xué)鋼琴，不想加入學(xué)校管弦樂(lè)團(tuán)時(shí)，我毫無(wú)猶豫地答應(yīng)了。既然很清楚，那些不可能成為他今后安身立命的飯碗，為啥非要死氣白咧地堅(jiān)持？
不擅長(zhǎng)但喜歡的事情，作為興趣就好，不求結(jié)果；擅長(zhǎng)但不喜歡的事情，充其量只是備胎；擅長(zhǎng)且喜歡的事情，才是孩子未來(lái)最好的方向。
